competitive analysis showed that Gamani's brand and gif animation product needed
to be more distinguished from its competitors in this saturated market. Martini
helped Gamani identify its target market and renamed Gamani's software to Gamani
Gif Movie Gear. With these in place, Martini created a new product logo and revamped
Gamani's corporate identity, giving it the polished image of a million-dollar
company. |
